    It is hereby notified to all the club members that our club has decided to open a library and for this a program has been arranged and all the members are being requested to join actively in the program. In a social working field a club plays a vital role and for this purpose it has been decided this time to open a library so that all the children of our locality will get the opportunity to read various types of books totally free of cost. It will be helpful not only for the children but also the bibliophiles. For this purpose a plenty of various types of books are required. As a club secretary, you are being invited to attend the program and donate books as much as one can.
